The Byson Family were formed in Glasgow 2019 - 

They comprise of front man Phil Campbell (formally of The Temperance Movement) Christian Fleetwood & Chris Russell (68's) Michael McDaid (Paulo Nutini) and Allan James (Jon Fratelli) 

Having been long time friends and playing and writing together in and around their own various projects over the years, the time felt right in 2020 to finally record and their debut LP which will be released late spring//early summer.

They formed out of a common love of American west coast music & in particular songwriters such as The Band/Neil Young/Springsteen and Teenage Fanclub can be recognised within their music 

They have been championed already by BBC Radio and Rolling Stone Magazine, and received rave reviews for their sold out shows they've had so far this year. 

Their Debut LP 'Kick The Traces' will be released spring 2021!
